I think what you all missed about Venezuelan oil being a benefit to America is that it is forecast that Venezuelan oil coming back online will dramatically drop the per barrel price. This is discussed a lot in Canada because that is a negative for us. But for an oil consuming country, particularly one with a lot of heavy crude refining capacity, that likely results in cheaper energy.

I should clarify that Venezuela is only one part of the argument that prices are going down.
